Cooking classes are highly individualized and curated specially for what you would like to learn or your dietary needs. As a dietitian, I am familiar with specific dietary needs of various disorders. These classes are small, private to your group, and can be anywhere from 1-4 people.

Homemade Pasta Class
Homemade pasta and sauce (gluten free available):
Ever wanted to learn how to make your own fresh pasta from scratch?! Now is your chance! During this class we will make fresh spaghetti and linguini as well as a tomato sauce and pesto sauce to pair with the pasta. Gluten free fresh pasta is also available.
Asian Cuisine Class
Explore the variety of flavors from different Asian cuisines. In this class we will make an entrée and side dish (amount depends on number of participants), some dishes to choose from include: sushi, tofu banh mi, Japanese cucumber salad, green coconut chicken curry, shrimp stir fry, or pad thai.
Mediterranean Cuisine Class
Learn techniques for cooking delicious healthy Mediterranean meals. In this class we will make an entrée and side dishes (amount depends on number of participants). Dishes to choose from include: Mediterranean salmon kebabs, chicken kebabs with turmeric basmati rice, Greek salad, orzo, tabouleh, hummus, or shakshuka.
Healthy Desserts Class
We all love something sweet but it tends to be loaded with sugar! When you take this class you will learn how to make your favorite desserts healthier. Dishes to choose from include: vegan chocolate mousse, ginger molasses cookies, fruit ice cream, truffles, or chocolate chip cookies.
